Hatta Rajasa: Pasar adalah indikator ekonomi kerakyatan

Merdeka.com - Cawapres Hatta Rajasa kerap mengunjungi pasar tradisional dalam beberapa kampanyenya. Sebab dia meyakini bahwa pasar merupakan simbol ekonomi kerakyatan.

"Ekonomi kerakyatan itu betul-betul jadi prioritas kami. Perhatian untuk mengurangi kesenjangan itu juga jadi prioritas. Salah satu elemen yang indikator yang bisa kita lihat itu di pasar," kata Hatta di Pasar Tambun, Bekasi, Sabtu (7/6).

Hatta menambahkan, pasar merupakan tempat interaksi bagi masyarakat selain jual beli. Hatta juga tetap optimis bisa menekan angka kenaikan harga barang-barang.

"Saya menginginkan jangan sampai harga tidak stabil. Kalau tidak terjadi kestabilan harga, yang pertama terganggu para penjual kita," jelasnya.

Di sisi lain, Hatta mengklaim bersama capresnya Prabowo Subianto sudah memikirkan agar pasar tradisional ada perbaikan. Walau demikian pihaknya sesumbar tidak akan menggusur para pedagang tersebut.

"Kami juga memikirkan revitalisasi dan perbaikan pasar-pasar tradisional. Jangan sampai tergusur, atau kalaupun kalau ada rehabilitas perbaikan dan tidak layak jangan sampai pedagang yang lama tidak lagi bisa berdagang di situ," ungkapnya."

Penting sekali pasar tradisional karena rantai pasoknya atau orang di antara produsen sampai penjual tidak banyak," tambahnya.

Hatta juga banyak menerima aspirasi dari pedagang pasar dalam blusukannya kali ini. Dia menyebut gairah konsumen masih belum ada peningkatan jelang bulan ramadan.

"Hanya dikatakan pembelinya belum menunjukkan tren meningkat jelang bulan puasa ini," terangnya.

Opini:

Pasar memang merupakan simbol ekonomi kerakyatan dan tempat untuk berinteraksi antara penjual dan pembeli. Menurut saya sudah bagus pak Hatta dan pak Prabowo tidak akan menggusur para pedagang dan akan memperbaiki pasar-pasar, karena itu pekerjaan mereka agar bisa mendapat uang tetapi jangan sampai rencana itu hanya ada saat kampanye saja , semoga benar terjadi saat mereka menjadi presiden dan wakil presiden.
